I'm fairly new to all this and am setting up my tasks in Outlook to see how I get on - plan is to be able to print them out and carry them with me.

I have to change my phone soon and have the option of either an iPhone or a Blackberry Storm. I know there are lots of pros and cons for each, but does anyone know which is the best for synching tasks with categories?  It would be great if I could do this, and may mean I don't have to print out my lists so often.

Thanks!

Since the iPhone doesn't sync tasks with the default software that is on the phone, you might look at the Storm. I'm using Things on the Mac side and I'm pretty happy with it, but if you're looking at what the native capabilities of the iPhone are, you won't find tasks there.

If you are a Remember The Milk user, there is an iPhone application that does a decent job of syncing tasks.
